HUMBOLDT — Humboldt Broncos player Tyler Smith had a broken collarbone, a broken shoulder blade and nerve damage down his left arm.

An inquest jury that looked into a convicted murderer’s death at Saskatoon’s Regional Psychiatric Centre has returned with recommendations that include a call for more mental-health training at the facility.
The recommendations follow more than two days of evidence from 13 witnesses in the case of Traigo Ehkid Andretti.

REGINA — Saskatchewan homeowners and businesses are starting November with a drop in their natural gas rates to the lowest level in almost two decades.
The government says SaskEnergy’s commodity rate sits at $2.95 a gigajoule, the lowest rate offered to customers since 1999.

Three people are facing charges after Police observed a stolen vehicle this morning.At approximately 8:30 a.m., November 1, 2018, Patrol Officers observed a stolen vehicle at 22nd Street and 2nd Avenue. Officers followed the vehicle, without emergency equipment activated, to 33rd Street and Avenue P North where stop sticks were successfully deployed.
