  A man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Pelican Lake First Nation resident Dustin Craig Chamakese.
  According to an RCMP news release, members from the Spiritwood detachment were called to a residence on the First Nation on Oct. 6. It was reported that an altercation had occurred and that a man had suffered life-threatening injuries. EMS and Sask. Ministry of Environment officers also responded.
