When a turtle with a shattered shell was brought into the Maryland Zoo this summer, a student from the University of Saskatchewan’s veterinary college was tasked with making sure the critter could still get around while it healed.

Teenager charged with violent sexual assault in Onion Lake area
A teenage boy is facing multiple charges in relation to a violent sexual assault that occurred in the Onion Lake area in June.
The boy is accused of breaking into a home, armed with weapons, and sexually assaulting the lone woman who was there between 9 and 10 a.m. on June 2. He then fled the scene.

Saskatchewan, feds to announce infrastructure deal worth nearly $1B
The provincial and federal governments plan to announce an infrastructure funding agreement worth almost $1 billion, ending Saskatchewan’s holdout as the last province to sign such a deal.
