A first-degree murder charge has been laid in the death of a teenage girl last seen 11 years ago.
Eduard Viktorovit Baranec, 41, was arrested Wednesday at a federal prison in B.C. where he is currently serving time on an unrelated matter, according to an RCMP press release.
