Video: There is plenty of history behind the College Drive lot proposed to become a new condo complex
The lot on the corner of Clarence Avenue and College Drive has plenty of history. Now, it’s going to be developed into a condo complex, but before a developer decided to turn into a condo, a 90-year-old Saskatoon resident had his own plans.
