Taking a tumble downtown
On Aug. 17, I tripped and fell over a curb in the bus mall. Reacting with embarrassment, I am sorry to say I failed to thank the two (or three?) men who helped me up. I don’t think I even made eye contact with them and I am ashamed of my selfishness and haste in rushing away as quickly as I could.

Kim's Convenience creator Ins Choi visits Saskatoon for writing festival, comedy show
When Ins Choi first took the script for his new play to theatre companies around Toronto, it was rejected everywhere that he went.
After taking the reins of putting the show on himself in the Toronto Fringe Festival to nearly universal acclaim, those same companies came back to try to get the play that would eventually evolve into the CBC comedy TV show Kim’s Convenience that Choi works on today.
