A 46-year-old man who barricaded himself in his home after attacking a City of Saskatoon grader and street sweeper faces numerous criminal charges.
Officers were called to the 1500 block of Hilliard Street East around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday after a man attacked a city grader, first with an “incendiary device” similar to what would be described as a Molotov cocktail, and then with a baseball bat, according to police.
