City police are investigating after a shot was fired at an apartment building in Saskatoon’s Confederation Park neighbourhood.
Just after 3 a.m. on Wednesday, police responded to a report of a gunshot in the 600 block of Confederation Drive, according to a police news release.
When officers arrived on scene, they located the apartment where the a bullet had entered. Police believe the shot was fired from the parking lot outside.

City's land branch sales inch up in 2017 despite lower lot prices
Sales of single-family lots by the City of Saskatoon’s land branch surged in 2017, but still remain less than half of the total from three years ago.
Saskatoon Land sold 188 single-family lots last year, up from 117 in 2016 and 159 in 2015, but still well below the 450 lots sold in 2014 or the 600 sold in 2013.
