City police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing child.
Five-year-old Nieoma Hill was last seen at around 1:30 p.m. on Monday in the 600 block of 20th Street West, according to a police news release.

Cut underground cable leaves some Saskatoon residents in the dark
Residents in Saskatoon’s southeast may have started their work week in the dark.
At roughly 8:45 a.m., SaskPower indicated several neighbourhoods in the area were experiencing a power outage.
This included the neighbourhoods of Lakeview, Lakeridge, Lakewood, Grasswood and Rosewood. Crews were dispatched to the area as the outage was due to the fact a line was damaged in an accident.

Alleged St. Paul's Hospital purse snatcher arrested
An alleged purse snatcher pulling surprise robberies around St. Paul’s Hospital has been taken into custody.
City police report that Brittany Ben was arrested at around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night after a member of the public recognized her from a recent photo distributed by police, according to a police news release.
In some of the instances, police reported that Ben had surprised victims and then made off with their purse. She is believed to be connected to eight robberies.
