The city is now testing a new bus route that will provide service to eight locations every 45 minutes on weekdays between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
“We’ve been looking at this for a while,” Saskatoon Transit director Jim McDonald said.

Bedbug inspection causes brief closure at Dr. Freda Ahenakew library branch
The Saskatoon Public Library is taking precautions at one of its branches after an inspection suggested bedbugs could be present.
A patron reported possible bedbugs at the Dr. Freda Ahenakew Branch last week, and a bedbug-sniffing dog subsequently pointed to furniture in a public seating area, according to internal emails obtained by The StarPhoenix.

Husband says assisted dying program 'needs to be fixed' after wife committed suicide
