I received a parking ticket last winter for $50 for parking on private property in a mall parking lot that had no notice that it was a private parking spot. I decided to go to court to plead not guilty.
I received a letter explaining that I must attend court in May and if I failed to attend a warrant would be issued for my arrest and I would have to pay an additional $40.
