Noel Harder’s lawsuit alleges the RCMP caused him and his family emotional, psychological and financial distress while they were in the federal Witness Protection Program (WPP).

Government expected to announce pipeline spill charges this week
The Saskatchewan government is planning to announce environmental charges against Husky Energy Inc. this week, Postmedia News has learned.
The charges stem from the Calgary-based company’s July 20, 2016 pipeline spill, which dumped 225,000 litres of crude near and into the North Saskatchewan River near Maidstone.

Province gets ‘nearly 1,000’ correspondence items about Stanley trial
