A major grain backlog that has farmers worried and prompted an unprecedented apology from a major railway will be near the top of the agenda when Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe meets with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Regina on Friday.
Moe told the Saskatoon StarPhoenix he plans to thank Trudeau for his government’s attempts to resolve the situation by demanding the railways provide a plan no later than March 15.
