A 46-year-old man in Hudson Bay is facing multiple firearm-related charges after allegedly carrying a loaded handgun into provincial court.

Saskatoon police, fire crews respond to report of suspicious package
Traffic restrictions were in place Thursday for a little over one hour after Saskatoon fire and police responded to a report of an unknown powder in a suspicious package on the city’s west side.
Emergency crews were were called around 10 a.m. to the postal facility in the 100 block of Avenue H South. Patrol cars, two engine companies, the hazardous materials team and the decontamination unit were dispatched. The package was secured and isolated, and was being removed from the site so -
