Three men face charges following a police investigation into fentanyl trafficking
Saskatoon police arrested two men in a parking lot on Friday after officers witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction taking place, police said in a statement on Wednesday.
According to police, police arrested a 53-year-old man and a 31-year-old man in a parking lot in the 1500 block of 8th Street East.
Police seized a 2010 Dodge Ram truck and found the 53-year-old men was in possession of more than $1,500.

An extreme cold warning remains in effect for another day in Saskatoon
Environment Canada’s extreme cold warning for Saskatoon has extended into Wednesday in Saskatoon and is expected to be continued or reissued for much of the southern half of the province later in the day.

A 19-year-old man who was seriously injured when a West Wind Aviation airliner crashed near the Fond du Lac airport two weeks ago has died, according to an update posted on a GoFundMe page.
