  A driver involved in a vehicle-pedestrian collision on Monday afternoon has been ticketed for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
  Police were called to the area of Wiggins Avenue N and College Drive at roughly 12:10 p.m. on Monday for a report that a SUV struck a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
  Motorists were asked to avoid the area as police and MD Ambulance responded to the scene.A later release indicated the pedestrian was a man and he was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
