‘It was just dark on the plane’: Survivor says plane rocked back and forth before crashing near Fond du Lac
After the turbo prop plane Lyman Fern was a passenger on crashed, he was surrounded by darkness, still conscious.
He was one of the 25 people who survived the crash landing involving a West Wind Aviation plane. The plane took off a short time before from Fond Du Lac and crashed about one mile west of the airport. No deaths have been reported.
