Fixing overpasses
So the Hwy 11 and Circle Drive overpass was damaged again by a truck, and the city is fixing the damage to the overpass. It happened a few times in the past; chances are it will happen again. A better solution would be to increase the clearance between the bridge and the pavement. It is difficult to rise the bridge, but not difficult to lower the road.
