Man Tasered twice before arrest for evading police and assaulting an officer
A 22-year-old man was arrested Monday after his attempt to evade police led to the assault of a police officer.
According to a police news release, the incident began Monday afternoon at around 1:40 p.m. at 33rd Street west and Avenue Y when an officer attempted to stop an “extremely damaged” car that was driving evasively.
