There is no immediate indication of foul play or self-harm in the death of a 46-year-old inmate at Saskatoon’s Regional Psychiatric Centre, says the facility’s assistant warden.
Otto Edner Hansen, 46, died Wednesday morning while in custody, Correctional Service Canada announced Wednesday.
According to assistant warden Tim Krause, Hansen was found unresponsive in his cell around 3 a.m. by an officer conducting a routine check of the unit. Staff at the facility immediately administere

School officials notified Police of a threat at approximately 8:30 a.m., October 25, 2017. The threat was received in the form of a voicemail. It is unclear at this time who made the threat and at what time.
