  Four girls ages 14 and 16 are facing charges following an incident where a stolen vehicle attempted to evade police.At approximately 2:00 a.m., August 15, 2017, an officer on patrol spotted the driver of a Ford Flex commit a traffic violation near Avenue W and 22nd Street.  The officer then activated his emergency equipment and attempted to stop the suspect vehicle.  The driver failed to stop and made several turns in an attempt to evade the officer.  The vehicle then stopped sudd
