  A search is continuing in and around the South Saskatchewan River for a 17-year-old swimmer who was reported missing Sunday night.
  RCMP on Tuesday morning — more than 36 hours after the teen was reported missing — said the search was continuing south of Saskatoon and no update will be given until the situation changes.
  A crowd-funding page to support the search identifies the missing boy as Justin Warwaruk and says he was swimming with friends on Sunday when he disappeared.

  The statement of claim, filed Monday in Regina Court of Queen’s Bench, names Correctional Service Canada and federal Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould as defendants. Van Camp’s mother, Lauren Laithwaite, and his estate are seeking unspecified amount in general, constitutional, aggravated and punitive damages.
