A 29-year-old Prince Albert man walked into St. Paul’s hospital with a gunshot wound in his leg on Sunday afternoon. -
Prince Albert man treated for gunshot wound in Saskatoon
Saskatoon Police are investigating after a man from Prince Albert showed up at St. Paul's Hospital with a gunshot wound.
The man walked into the hospital around 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon with a wound in his leg.
Police believe the man was shot Sunday morning in the Prince Albert area but he has not been cooperative with investigators.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.

Fire crews tackle blaze at landfill
On Saturday at around 9:30 p.m. the Saskatoon Fire Department attended a blaze at the landfill off Valley Road, south of 11th Street.The fire was attended by two engine companies, one tanker and one brush truck, with a dozen firefighters and landfill staff tackling and containing it.
Once the main fire was subdued, fire services stayed on scene for more than two hours, tending to hot spots. Landfill staff then maintained a watching brief overnight.

Saskatoon fire crews battle landfill blaze
A fire at the Saskatoon landfill off Valley Road kept crews busy for hours Saturday night.
It started around 9:30 p.m.
Two engine companies, one tanker truck, one brush truck and 12 firefighters worked to contain the blaze.
Eventually, landfill personnel were called in to help.
Once the blaze was under control fire crews spent more than two hours putting out hot spots.
Landfill workers monitored the situation overnight.
There's no word what caused the fire. -
