  At approximately 1:00 p.m. on July 2, 2017 police were called to the 1700 block of 22nd Street West for a report that a male had been robbed at gunpoint of his gold necklace and mobile phone.  Upon police arrival, the victim was able to provide a detailed description of the suspect which included a unique tattoo on the suspect's neck.  Officer's were quickly able to determine the identity of the suspect and attended his nearby address.  At this location, the 21 year old suspe

  Just before 1 a.m. police were called to the 100 block of 33rd Street West for a report of a woman that had been stabbed. 
  The 39-year-old victim, who received two stab wounds from an unknown suspect, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said in a news release.
