It’s been 17 years in the making, so Willy Tran is quite confident in the menu offered at The Vault Restaurant.
Tran, the family spokesman, says he had been operating the restaurant in Asquith for more than 17 years, but it was time to move on.

The restaurant, which has been open for a little more than a week, underwent a complete redesign and renovation over the last eight months.
