    A sewage plant that’s been subject to frequent breakdowns in Arkona is getting an upgrade, thanks to provincial funding. Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MPP Steve Pinsonneault presented a cheque for $1.37 million to Lambton Shores Thursday.
