  Nova Chemicals has been fined $130,000 in provincial offences court for an incident last May where a maintenance worker was seriously injured near Sarnia when hot liquid was discharged from an exhaust stack at a company site.   Arrests were made after eggs, pickles and onions were thrown Saturday evening at a clerk working in a convenience store in Sarnia, say city police. Sarnia police released surveillance video of a confrontation where a group of young girls verbally insulted a clerk at a store on Cathcart Boulevard and threw items, striking her in the head.   Sarnia-area residents can express their affection again this Valentine’s Day with a card, a rose and four-part harmony. Singing valentines, delivered by a well-dress ensemble from the Sarnia Bluewater Chordsmen and Ladies, have been a tradition for years, and a way for the group to raise money for charity.
