    A Sarnia man is in police custody and charged with assault after a person cut off their ankle monitor, Sarnia police say. Another person also faces charges after a person driving a pickup truck attempted to flee police.     Sarnia is looking to make official how it offers tax relief for properties damaged, destroyed, or undergoing prolonged renovations.
