  This year’s spring flood turned deadly Saturday when a motorist in Quyon, Quebec plunged into a creek bed after heavy runoff washed away the road.
  The woman, Louise Séguin Lortie, 72, was taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
  The accident occurred at about 3:30 a.m. on a steep section of Bronson-Bryant Road, just west of Quyon, about an hour from Ottawa.

  The flood of 2017 took a lot of people in Constance Bay off guard. They say they’ll be prepared this time.

  And the rain isn’t finished with us yet.
  A bit over 35 mm of rain fell yesterday (35.4 mm to be exact) breaking all records for the most precipitation on April 19.
  It was so wet, in fact, that we broke the record with four hours to spare:
