  Vanessa Rochon was last seen Tuesday around 6:45 p.m. at a store on Maloney Boulevard. Her family has not heard from her since. Police said they have reason to fear for her well-being.

  The person who died in a blaze at a Gatineau apartment building early Monday was the one who set the fire, police have concluded as they wrapped up their investigation.
