Public health officials are reminding doctors to watch closely for measles cases and to make sure patients are up to date with their immunizations.
Dr. Robin Taylor, associate medical officer of health at Ottawa Public Health, recently wrote an article reminding Ottawa doctors to keep measles at the “top of their minds” when they see patients. If not LeBreton Flats, what other central location could the Ottawa Senators consider for a new arena?
If the Ottawa Senators want to relocate to a central site, and if that site isn’t going to be LeBreton Flats, then the hunt is on for a big chunk of land along the LRT line.

Most people’s journey to a new home begins with the handover of a set of keys.

“It went really well,” Girouard, 65, said Thursday. “The second module is in position. We have a house!”

Monette: Save LeBreton arena plan – and change Ottawa Senators' owner
As a die-hard sports fan of all sports in the city, I have to admit it is a very sad time for Ottawa fans and the entire community. First, we heard a familiar story saying “we tried to sign Matt Duchene and Ryan Dzingel but they wanted to move on.” We were told the Ottawa Senators have built up draft picks and the future looks very bright.
We gave the team the benefit of the doubt, because no way would they trade a player like Mark Stone, whom we had drafted and developed into one of -

Dreessen: LRT Stage 2 – Is a P3 model really the right way to go?
Ottawa is at a crossroads. We’ve embarked on a large infrastructure project that has the promise to deliver transformative change to our city. Years ago, we started on this path with the hope that we’d become a better city, and elevate our society, with an LRT that would be on time, on budget and keep to the promise of “no risk to the taxpayer.”
As we should have expected, it is behind schedule. There are valid concerns about the potential fallout of delays and the cost t -

Before the legendary French chef Joël Robuchon died last summer at the age of 73, his global collection of restaurants — deluxe fine-dining destinations scattered from Paris to London to New York to Tokyo to Montreal — had amassed 32 much-coveted stars. The 25 restaurants, 11 of which are branded L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, continue, although their namesake has passed.
