  One day in late November, Donna Chevrier arrived at her Vanier restaurant, Ola Cocina, to find a server ready to hand her the telephone.

  Residents started returning to their apartments in a highrise building at 251 Donald St. on Saturday, three days after a three-alarm fire forced a mass evacuation.
  Residents received notice on Saturday morning that those living in apartments on floors 5 through 21 could start moving back again. The move was organized in stages in an effort to prevent a bottleneck in the building’s lobby, while tenants were waiting to use the elevator.

  Quebec police are seeking public assistance in locating two people reported missing in the rural Gracefield area of the Outaouais.
  Mathew S. Kluke, 36, and Greta Schultz, 32, were officially reported missing Dec. 10.
  They were last confirmed seen in July, although Kluke may have been seen at a Shawville pharmacy in October.
  Police say they may be in a grey 2003 Pontiac Vibe, with Quebec licence MO9 NWQ.
  Anyone with information is asked to call the Sûreté du Québec at 1-8

  Firefighters rescued the driver after a vehicle flipped into a ditch on Friday near the intersection of Thomas A. Dolan Parkway and Fifth Line Road in Dunrobin.
  A bystander who reported the incident said the vehicle drove off the road and flipped onto its side and that someone was possibly trapped.
  The first firefighter on the scene was able to pull the driver out of the vehicle without extrication tools, Ottawa Fire Services said.

  In a circle around a freshly-painted ghost bike, about 50 members of the cycling community raised white lights into a drizzling sky on Friday to honour a man killed only a few metres away on the Sir John A. Macdonald Parkway.
  The informal vigil marked the passing of Junfeng Wu, 40, who died while cycling to work just before 7 a.m. on Dec. 7.
  People gathered Friday near the site of the accident that claimed the life of Junfeng Wu on Dec. 7. He had been struck by a taxi van while cycling to work.
