  The Ottawa Police is seeking the public’s help in locating Kilal Taha, 18, of Ottawa.
  In a media release, police say Taha was last seen Monday morning at 7:30 a.m., leaving for work in his vehicle, described as a 2006 black Ford Focus hatchback. His vehicle was located by police, southbound on the Airport Parkway by the Walkley Road exit, at about 9:20 a.m. The engine was still running.

  OPP divers recovered the body of a missing Westport-area snowmobiler Monday.
  Scott McPherson, 33, of Sand Lake was last seen Friday evening.
  After he was reported missing Saturday afternoon, Rideau Lakes OPP launched a search that mobilized the force’s underwater search and recovery unit, emergency response team, snowmobile enforcement unit and drones and Rideau Lakes firefighters.

  A coroner’s inquest is scheduled to start Monday at Ottawa City Hall into the death of a 30-year-old man suffering from schizophrenia who hanged himself at the Ottawa Carleton Detention Centre.
  A group of family members advocating for incarcerated loved ones will take part in the inquest into the death of Cleve Gordon Geddes. He died in the hospital on February 10, 2017, after transfer from the Innes Road jail.
