  Kingston Police are looking to identify a woman they claim caught a ride to Kingston, then lit her driver’s vehicle on fire in June.
  At approximately 1 a.m. on June 1, a man was approached by a woman while he was stopped in traffic near the intersection of Coleman Street and West Moira Street in Belleville. The woman asked if he could drive her to Kingston, police said in a news release. The man agreed, and he drove her to Kingston along Highway 2.

• Police charge Ottawa man after road rage incident involving a gun

  An Ottawa man is facing a slew of charges after what police described as a “road rage” incident.
  According to police, two vehicles were traveling northbound on Merivale Road around 9 p.m. on Saturday when there was an issue that caused a dispute between the drivers. The driver of one of the cars then allegedly produced a gun and pointed it at the second vehicle.
  The second vehicle immediately veered off the road and into a nearby parking lot where the occupants phoned police.

  A Kingston resident returned home early Monday morning to find an intruder in his bathroom and his furniture in the tub.

  Ottawa police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting that occurred at the Riverside Pub last month.
