  Ottawa paramedics are crediting passersby who performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation for helping the save the life of a cyclist in his 70s on Saturday afternoon.
  The man, whose identity was not released, was cycling along the Rideau Canal near Somerset Street when he collapsed.
  Bystanders nearby jumped in to begin CPR and kept the victim alive. Paramedics who arrived on the scene then picked up resuscitation efforts, and the man was described as being in stable condition when he was transported

  The police services in Ottawa and Toronto have issued a joint public appeal to try to locate an Ottawa man suspected of being involved in a series of crimes in the two cities.
  Kishoyan Kipusi, 22, is described as black, five feet one inch (155 cm) tall with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a white hoodie and grey pants.
