• Ottawa fire assists at Rockland blaze

  Two Ottawa Fire Services trucks were sent to assist on Saturday night at a commercial building fire in the 500 block of De La Baie Road in Rockland.
  The call came in at 8:09 p.m., and at about 10:30 an Ottawa fire spokesperson said the fire was still active. Firefighters were in a defensive attack, meaning they were not going into the building.
