  A 23-year-old man is Gatineau’s second homicide victim of 2018.Joey Morin, 23, was found without vital signs on Saturday at around 10 a.m.Morin was found in the basement of a residence at 193 Fernand-Arvisais St. The extent of his injuries led police to believe that the death was suspicious.
