  The Ottawa Police Service is asking the public for help in locating a 50-year-old man last seen on Alta Vista Drive on Friday morning.
  Steven Cassidy is described a bald white male, six feet tall with a slim build. He was wearing a light brown fleece sweater, with a red collar underneath, dark green or olive pants, brown shoes, a grey toque and carrying a black backpack with a canteen.

  Hydro Ottawa is blaming squirrels for a power outage that caused a huge swath of darkness across Orléans Tuesday afternoon. 
  The lights went out for 8,580 clients in the area of St. Joseph Boulevard, and Navan, Mer Bleue and Innes roads at about noon.

  Ontario Provincial Police have laid charges against two people in Cardinal after a raid on a residence in the town found large quantities of illegal drugs.
  Police said the raid occurred at an apartment in the town on Monday around 11:45 a.m. Police found, crack cocaine, cocaine, heroin, crystal methamphetamine and other drugs on the premises.
  Charged with multiple counts of trafficking various drugs is Ashley Cleary, 30, and James Ellis, 30, both from Cardinal.
