Crown denied earlier trial date for cop charged in Abdi death
A judge on Friday refused the Crown’s argument that the court must book an earlier trial for the cop charged in the death of Abdirahman Abdi.
And for the first time, the public got a sense of what direction Const. Daniel Montsion’s criminal trial will take without any evidence being presented yet.
The case could turn on the cause of Abdi’s death.

Reevely: Brown is making the Liberals Ontario's right-wing bad guys and they haven't figured it out

The Trudeau government can ask for an extension, but there is no guarantee it will be granted -
