  Ottawa firefighters brought a blaze at an Orléans townhouse under control in less than 20 minutes on Sunday.
  Fire services received a 911 report at 1:32 p.m. of heavy black smoke coming from the second story of the townhouse at 1721 Winterose Lane, near Jean D’Arc Boulevard South and Innes Road.
  The cause of the fire, which has displaced two adults, was under investigation. There were no injures.

  The Ottawa area should see clear skies this week, at least until Wednesday.
  Sunday will have a high of 18 C with a UV index of 5, going down to 5 C overnight. Winds will be light from the west-southwest.
  Monday should be slightly warmer with a high of 20, and again, cooling down to 5 C at night. 
  Tuesday will be even better with a high of 22.

  Ottawa police, fire and paramedics responded to a call about an envelope on an OC Transpo bus at Elgin and Rideau streets on Saturday night.
  A bus driver had found an envelope on his bus, kicked it and then started to feel nauseous, acting Staff Sgt. John Gibbons said as he arrived at the scene.
  When contacted, an Ottawa Paramedic Service spokesman referred to it as a hazmat call.
  Four people had been quarantined, Gibbons said.
