Senators add two-time Stanley Cup champion Johnny Oduya to the defence
In Sweden, the concept of fika – breaking up the day with a casual conversation over coffee – is a basic ritual.
It also helps explain the Ottawa Senators signing of 35-year-old veteran defenceman Johnny Oduya to a one-year, $1 million contract on Monday. Oduya, who won the Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2013 and 2015, can earn an additional $1.25 million in performance bonuses.

The Ottawa Senators have added solid veteran experience to their blueline, signing 35-year-old Johnny Oduya, a two-time Stanley Cup winner, on Monday.
