  Traffic remains snarled on the westbound portion of Highway 417 at the Vanier Parkway Tuesday afternoon, hours after a tractor trailer carrying liquid natural gas rolled on its side. 
  The fire department was called to the crash at 5:38 a.m. and found that the tanker portion of the rig holding liquid natural gas had come off the truck.
