  Police in Kelowna are searching for the driver in a hit-and-run that left a woman in a ditch with several broken bones and severe injuries.
  On the evening of Feb. 17, around 9 p.m., a security guard found a woman lying in a ditch suffering from serious injuries near Ethel Street and Lawson Avenue. She was taken by ambulance to hospital, where she remains in recovery. Police were contacted the following day.
