  An open-air weed market that had been operating in downtown Vancouver’s Robson Square has been shut down by police.
  Complaints in recent weeks have been filed with the Vancouver police over vendors that had set up tents and carts in the pedestrian-only area, selling cannabis and related goods. Nearby food cart vendors have voiced concerns about marijuana vendors selling to minors and whether they had a business licence to sell, such as what’s required of traditional food cart vendors
