Metro Vancouver is expected to experience North America’s second-highest increase to industrial property rental rates through 2019, while vacancy rates are expected to drop to 2.1 per cent in that same period, according to a new forecast from Cushman and Wakefield.
In the period from 2017 to the end of 2019, Vancouver will experience an average annual rent rate increase of 8.5 per cent, the firm predicts in its North American Industrial Forecast Report, released last month.

He concluded the regime violated prisoners’ Charter of Rig -
