Const. John Davidson, the Abbotsford police officer who was shot dead on Monday, is being remembered as a hero who was courteous, kind and dedicated officer who made an impression on everyone he encountered.

Residents of Whistler, Howe Sound, Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley should expect rain and possibly snow, beginning early Wednesday and intensifying later in the day.
