Bye-bye burnt bird: Cook the perfect Thanksgiving turkey with these chef tips
via vancouversun.comWhat’s Thanksgiving dinner without all the fixings? The answer: just another meal.
While veg and vegan-friendly options have become increasingly popular in recent years, many holiday feasts still revolve around the big bird. Yes, we’re talking turkey.

Get a grip! Invest in winter tires

Opinion: What’s efficient about a ‘revenue-neutral’ carbon tax?
via vancouversun.comWriting for The Vancouver Sun (Sept. 14), three Fraser Institute analysts have critiqued the new B.C. government for departing from revenue neutrality and economic efficiency in its planned hikes to the province’s carbon tax.
