Members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP, conducted a traffic stop with a pick-up truck that had snow obstructing the rear view of the vehicle and failed to stop for a stop sign on Nipissing Street in West Nipissing Monday around 10:30 p.m. The driver was arrested for impaired driving and a search of the vehicle located open liquor.
