Parade of Lights illuminates Powassan
via nugget.caMore than 500 people lined Main Street Saturday evening in Powassan for the annual Parade of Lights.
There were floats decked out with Christmas lights, people on horseback, candy being handed out and Santa Claus. Local businesses offered popcorn and hot chocolate to parade-goers.
It was a day of festivities in Powassan with pre-parade activities and a Stuff-A-Cruiser food drive at 250 Clark Street, followed by a free family skate and meeting with Santa at the Sportsplex after the parade.Photos -
