  One person has died following a mid-air plane crash in Chilliwack, RCMP have confirmed.
  Two Cessna 172 aircraft collided in the air around 5:15 p.m. on Monday (Aug. 3) near Industrial Access Road by Skway and Wolfe roads.
  One plane, which had only the pilot onboard, went down and into a manmade pond.
  Chilliwack RCMP, the Lower Mainland District Police Dog Services (LMD IPDS), Chilliwack Fire Department and Chilliwack Search and Rescue (SAR) attended the scene and began working to locate the area

  Volunteers are conducting a search in Vancouver Island’s Strathcona Provincial Park area for a 25-year-old man who has been missing since the afternoon of August 3.
